TT-Line the leading ferry company in the Southern Baltic Sea, using state of the art ferries between Germany, Poland, Lithuania and Sweden. TT-Line carries over 900,000 passengers and more than 500,000 freight units annually on its 4 routes, making it the market leader in southern Sweden traffic. TT-Line currently employs around 700 people on board and in its offices in Travemünde, Trelleborg, Świnoujście / Szczecin, Rostock and Klaipeda.
To strengthen our Coordination department, we are seeking a proactive and analytical **Working Student**. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in ferry operations, pricing strategy, and market analysis.
**Your Tasks**:
- Assist in establishing and maintaining vessel timetables.
- Conduct market trend and analyze to support decision-making.
- Support bottleneck analysis and identify areas for process optimization.
- Assist in capacity allocation planning and vessel scheduling.
- Contribute to daily ship operations coordination.
- Work on tariff maintenance and support price yielding strategies to optimize profitability.
- Handle operational data and reports - comfortable working with numbers and analytical tools.
**Your Profile**:
- Enrolled in a degree program related to Logistics, Supplychain, Maritime Studies, or Business.
- Interest in shipping operations, pricing strategy, and analytics.
- Solid skills in Excel and good with numbers.
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
- Independent, structured, and reliable work approach.
