**Your mission**:
Join our team as a Human Resources Generalist We are looking for a motivated professional to support our HR Team and ensure that our operations run smoothly and effectively, to deliver maximum value to the organization. As key member of our team you will have the opportunity to participate in the creation of our compensation and benefits program policies, helping to shape our approach to employee rewards and incentives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as an internal service provider for our employees, interns, and managers alike for HR-relevant topics as well as to ensure effective communication and resolution of employees concerns
- Partner with HR team members to assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and policies, including performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance
- Create overviews and statistics and manage Data maintenance in HR systems
- Trusting and cooperative collaboration with the works council members
- Create a compensation and benefits process including benefits policies and programs that are competitive and aligned with company goals and objectives

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR
- First experience with Compensation & Benefit is a plus
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enjoy being hands-on and building things
- Enjoy working with multi-cultural, global teams
