**Requirements**:

- Analytical thinking with strong mathematical and logical thinking skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced working environment
- Highly organized and a capacity to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once
- Excellent time management skills
- Stress tolerance
- Strong attention to detail, but ability to see the bigger picture at the same time
- Deep sales experience
- Thorough knowledge of marketing, product or service management
- Knowledge and experience in financial sector
- Ability to effectively manage budget of 15Mio euro

**Your activities as CSO will be**:

- Prepare the company’s marketing and product strategy;
- Define competitive marketing and product strategy through the segmentation and value proposition definition;
- Forecast performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment;
- Align marketing strategies with product development;
- Position the brand, branding media promotions, and ensure communications are designed to deliver a consistent message;
- Develop and review company’s processes around marketing and product teams;
- Ensure consistent storytelling; lead the design and production of all aspects of visual marketing needs;
