Intern Compliance

**Team**

In relation to Compliance, the function operates to support Raisin and the group in adherence to best practice from a company, regulatory and business perspective. This includes but is not limited to preparation and maintenance of internal policies, mandatory training and relevant updates; Third Party relationship management through Outsourcing & Vendor Management; Due Diligence/Risk Assessments on prospective partners and clients of Raisin.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Covering fundamentals and best practices of screening our commercial partners and creating associated reporting.
- Carrying out manual checks using specialist screening tools and negative media searches as well as using and running automated screening tools.
- Vendor due diligence and management including annual refreshes and updates, possibly including contractual reviews (under supervision).
- Assisting with administration and organisation of the team’s key processes and reporting requirements.
- Collaborating with key internal stakeholders including senior executives.

**Your Profile**
- Current studies within regulation, risk management and/or compliance as a first preference. Law and/or business administration can also be considered.
- Experience in compliance and risk screening, procurement, contract and/or vendor management is an advantage.
- Skilled in use of standard office programmes, additional experience in CRM software, project management software, Jira, Confluence etc, with the ability to produce insightful and quality reporting (training can and will be provided to improve their skillset, however prior experience in use of these tools will really help).
- Highly organised, excelling in written and oral presentation and able to manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels within the business.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), fluency in German or another European language useful but not essential.
- A strong team-working ethic and ability to deal with changing priorities and deadlines will definitely be needed.
