For our office in Hamburg or Rotterdam we are looking as soon as possible for a

**Compliance Intern (M/F/d)**:
Your tasks:

- Support the Advario Compliance team to design, enhance and implement a Compliance Management System for the Advario Group (national/international)
- Support the Compliance team in drafting internal communication
- Support the administration of compliance trainings in cooperation with the worldwide people functions
- Facilitate the cooperation of a global network of decentralized compliance coordinators
- Support the update of compliance policies for the Advario Group
- Support compliance projects to ensure continuous improvement of the Advario compliance program

Your profile:

- Legal, compliance or communication background
- Understanding of business processes across functions
- Analytical mindset with an eye for practical solutions
- Practical experience working in projects is a plus
- Experience with MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Affinity to IT and experience with internal controls and accounting systems is a plus
- Written and verbal communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus
