**Senior Motion Designer & Digital Producer at BCGDV**

To showcase the work of our ventures, what we do and how we operate at BCGDV in Berlin, we are looking for a motion designer/video producer with strong graphic design skills to join the Communication Design team. As the inhouse design agency of BCG Digital Ventures, we leverage our expertise in design, storytelling and communication to feature all facets of our business.

As a multimedia all-rounder, you’ll be creating powerful branded experiences that inform and inspire. You will encounter exciting ventures from various industries and be at the forefront of bringing their ideas and solutions to a broader audience.

**What you’ll do**:

- Create various forms of video media to support the venture teams to communicate new concepts to our corporate partners
- Create marketing videos to promote BCGDV and our ventures online
- Ensure consistency of brand and creative across various touch points.
- Provide quality assurance of all deliverables
- Manage and prioritize a workload of multiple projects from concept to completion.
- Navigate successfully between day-to-day demands and team big picture strategy
- Collaborate with regional Comm Design teams
- Receive creative direction
- Operate cameras and accessories to film content in centre or on location
- Source and work with stock footage when filming is not feasible
- Produce animated explainer videos
- Help the team with various graphic design projects
- Use and manage external vendors

**What we look for**:

- 6+ years of experience in relevant field
- Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent in experience
- Highly skilled in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator. Cinema 4D a bonus
- Good finishing skills e.g. colour grading, sound design
- Ability to capture the essence of a design solution and communicate it effectively to clients
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well individually and also as part of a team.
- Copywriting and/or editing experience
- An expert in industry trends and best practices
- Experience in a Graphic design role desirable
