- Your role:
As an intern (f/m/d) at UBS Europe SE you will be part of a team that manages both traditional Wealth Management clients and the needs of Growth Entrepreneurs. In your Wealth Management capacity you will contribute to the management, expansion, and enhancement of our client relationships. In the scope of the Growth Entrepreneur Initiative, our goal is to connect the nationwide innovative founders and scale-ups with our Onebank approach. We thus create added value for everyone and grow together. We are looking for an intern who is ready to shape this process from the start. You will conduct research to identify the most innovative scale-ups and series founders. Together we will work out the project strategy. In addition, you will take over internal and external communication and drive the success of our initiative. While the position emphasizes Growth Entrepreneurs, it offers a broad spectrum of insights by delving into research, business development, wealth management, and investment banking.

Startdate: 01.08.2025 for 6 months

Your responsibilities:

- Assist in the strategic planning for the Growth Entrepreneur Initiative and UBS Europe SE’s Wealth Management.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities in Wealth Management and Investment Banking.
- Prepare profiling documents to support client advisors.
- Contribute to ongoing strategic projects.
- Help in organizing and prepping for client and internal events.
- Handle communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support client transition to our digital platforms using UBS E-Banking and the Access-App.

Your expertise:

- You are enrolled at a state-recognized university as a regular student during the entire period of activity or hold a degree that is not older than 6 months, and have completed at least two semesters with classes covering management and finance
- You have already gained first practical experience in the area of a Start Up, Venture Capital or Wealth Management.
- You are highly motivated and committed with very good analytical skills and a strong attention to detail.
- You have very good skills in Microsoft Office Applications (Powerpoint, Excel, Word).
- You are fluent in written and spoken German. English language skills are a plus.
