What You’ll Do Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of international projects.Assist in optimizing operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Coordinate with teams across different departments to ensure seamless project delivery.Prepare reports and presentations for management on project status and performance.Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.Help manage relationships with partners and stakeholders in our focus markets. Required Skills Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
