**The role**

Our Sales Strategy Team is responsible for driving and assessing our business in a meticulous and data-driven manner, including interpreting KPIs and providing recommendations. The team leads the business operational model and cadence (such as forecast calls, business reviews etc). Additionally, Sales Strategy focuses on defining and implementing the right ‘go-to-market approach’ whilst delivering projects to improve the business in the long-term

Our Sales Programs Team’s mission is to define and deliver significant change to sales and marketing alignment and to orchestrate structured demand generation efforts for our Sales organisation. Business Operations plays an instrumental role within our Sales organization and features a mix of demand generation planning, co-ordination and execution of demand generation activities. Important parts are pipeline trending analysis and participating in the sales leadership meetings as a key collaborator.

**Your responsibilities**
- Being part of the Sales Strategy and Programs team, collaborating with Sales, Enablement and Marketing
- Running different types of projects and analysis within the Business Operation teams
- Supporting regular business reporting and communication, enhancing data-sources and data reporting to gain scale and address new requirements
- Supporting demand generation planning as well as program development, execution, and tracking for Germany
- Taking ownership of updating demand generation planning tools to ensure full transparency on upcoming activities
- Ensuring full engagement of project teams via ongoing communication and assessment of results
- Activities may include: co-ordination of all contributors to strategy projects and sales programs; delivering briefings, crafting reports and dashboards, reporting on results, assessing effectiveness, and recommending areas for improvement.

**Desired experience**
- Master studies in an analytical field such as business administration, economics, finance, engineering, computer science, commerce, etc.
- 1+ years experience (previous internships will be appreciated) in business operations, programs or business development, project management or sales readiness, in a high tech environment. Combination of these an advantage.
- Strong networking, relationship-building and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills and quantitative approach to solving problems
- Experienced in project management in complex environments
- Proactive, creative and innovative problem solver
- German and English proficiency is a requirement, additional languages a plus
