What you’ll do & Who you are

Working Student Finance Operations (d/f/m)

Join our Finance Integration Team as a Working Student and help shape the financial operations behind one of Germany’s most visited online classifieds platforms. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our billing and collections processes. This is a hybrid role based in Berlin-Charlottenburg, reporting to the Finance Integration Lead.

What You’ll Do
- Support the Finance Operations team with billing activities, including preparing reports, reconciling data, and processing adjustments
- Help review payments, customer refunds and chargebacks
- Assist in monitoring accounts receivable and collaborating on dunning and collections
- Communicate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure financial accuracy
- Contribute to improvement initiatives for finance operations and compliance

Who You Are
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- You bring some prior experience in a finance-related role (e.g. internship or working student)
- You’re proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and feel confident handling data
- You work reliably, with a keen eye for detail and a structured approach
- Fluent in English; German skills are a strong plus
