**WHAT WILL YOU DO**
- Join our Legal Team at SEFE - a leading energy company playing a central role in European supply security. As a Legal Trainee (M/F/d) with a focus on financing agreements and corporate law, you will gain practical insights into the legal support of complex financing projects and corporate law matters, working closely with experienced lawyers (M/F/d) in a dynamic environment.
- Support in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating loan and security agreements
- Assist with legal issues related to capital markets, financing topics, and corporate law
- Conduct legal research and prepare updates on current developments in financing and corporate law
- Train an AI tool for covenant compliance
- Prepare decision memoranda and presentations for internal departments

**WHAT WILL YOU BRING**
- You are currently in your legal clerkship (Referendariat) and looking for an elective placement
- Interest in business law, particularly in the areas of financing and capital markets
- Initial practical experience, especially gained during a trainee lawyer stage or as a research assistant, in corporate or banking law is an advantage
- Structured and meticulous working style, strong team skills, and affinity for technology
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Above-average First State Examination (Erstes Staatsexamen) results
