Drive forward a wide range of reporting and controlling tasks and become part of our strong international team that is sustainably changing the traditional debt collection industry with innovation and passionWhat you can do with us:Work together with our Head of Controlling & BI and our Finance team on further development of our controlling system for the PAIR Finance GroupOwn and drive forward performance and profitability monitoringImplement and support planning and forecasting toolsSupport other departments with planning and financial controlling, e.g. processes and customer relationships as well as answering commercial questionsDevelop financial KPIs and deviation analyzes to increase cost and revenue transparencySupport the management team with the assessment of key figures as well as identifying and implementing efficiency improvementsWhat you should bring for it:A degree in economics or business studies with a focus on accounting/finance, or comparable commercial training Several years of relevant professional experience in controllingAnalytical mindset: you are able to look for and assess opportunities, risks, and impactData-driven approach to problem-solvingStrong communication skills: you are able to clearly convey findings to non-technical stakeholdersConfidence in using Excel (SQL is also a big plus) Experience with PowerBI or other BI tools Proactivity and independencyExcellent knowledge of English is required, good knowledge of German is a plusTransparency, Execution, Ownership, Customer Centricity, Innovation and Integrity are important to us and we at PAIR Finance embody these values.
