**What you will do**
- Literature, market and patent research on water filtration systems and microbial contamination of different types of water (with guidance from our scientific staff) including documentation and presentation
- Planning and execution of filtration tests on a milliliter to liter scale in the laboratory as well as statistical test planning (with guidance from our scientific staff, software available)
- Evaluation of experiments and graphical presentation of results
- Preparation of final thesis (Bachelor / Master)
- Preparation of presentations (with guidance from our scientific staff)
- Potentially if of interest: Modeling of flows
**What you bring to the table**
- Technical or scientific studies at a technical college or university (at least semester 4), e.g. environmental engineering, process engineering, environmental process engineering, chemical engineering, chemistry, biology or related courses. Necessary: practical experience in a chemical laboratory
- You are able to work in an analytical and solution-oriented manner and solve tasks carefully and reliably
- Confident command of written and spoken German and English
- You show commitment, have a confident and friendly demeanor, are flexible and a team player
