**Your tasks**
- Align the project portfolio strategy with the Head of HyService (HoHyS) and the OU-BoM.
- Assign well trained resources i. e. project managers (M/F/d) and build-up competences acc. to project needs.
- Ensure participation of the nominated project manager (M/F/d) in the final stage of OtO (contract negotiations).
- Nominate the project managers (M/F/d) and coordinate project team resources with major stakeholders.
- Participate in project progress reviews and reports status to the HoHyS, BoM and Hydro holding.
- Monitor major budget and time slippages, analyse deviations and initiate counter measures of projects.
- Align the general risk & chances assessment, Claim management, PoC and Cash-Flow strategy with the HoHyS and OU-BoM.
- Personal involvement in major critical project issues (internally and externally with customers, major subcontractors, JV partners).
- Negotiate together with project manager (M/F/d) main scope/contract changes with customers and suppliers.
- Establish and maintain a sustainable relationship to key-customers and partners.
- Initiate lessons learned meetings and root cause analysis and assure a sustainable OtC-feedback into the Hydro organization.
- Conduct employee dialogue, goal agreement and incentive management.
- Ensure compliance of projects according to internal guidelines and our business management processes from handing-over through start-up until end of defect liability period.
- Monitor and control the cost center result.

**Your profile**
- Master or Bachelor degree in engineering with min. 5 years of technical hydro experience.
- Good understanding of legal and contractual aspects of EPC and/or rehabilitation contracts.
- Deep command in negotiation skills and tactics proven in operative negotiation with customers.
- Good communicator (M/F/d) and teamwork capability in cross functional teams.
- Pro-active and ready to go the extra mile.
- Goal oriented and process minded.
- Fluent in German and English; other languages like French, Spanish or Portuguese are an advantage.
- Good understanding in engineering-, sourcing-, logistics, FS- and PM-processes.
- Willingness to make regular business trips (20 - 30 %).
