**Head of Process, Projects & Support (m/w/d)**

Der Head of Process, Projects and Support ist verantwortlich für die Steuerung der Prozessexperten und des Service & Produktreklamationsteams.

**Aufgaben mit hohem Anspruch**:

- Führung und Weiterentwickelung des Teams zur operativen Exzellenz, übergreifender Zusammenarbeit und Umsetzung der HARTMANN Werte
- Treiber von Innovationen und Optimierung innerhalb unser Customer Operations sowohl für Sales Support als auch Auftragsmanagement
- Lokale Prozessbedürfnisse (z. B. Prozesslücken etc.) innerhalb der PHD identifizieren und End-to-End Lösungen implementieren
- Portfoliomanagement innerhalb HARTMANN Deutschland und Projekt
- und Teilprojektleitung im lokalen und globalen Rahmen
- Unterstützung von Initiativen auf dem Weg der Transformation der Supply Chain und Umsetzung von Folgemaßnahmen
- Generiert Berichte und Analysen aus SAP BW/BI/SAC und Excel für Entscheidungsfindungs
- und Optimierungsinitiativen sowie die kundenorientierte Dienstleistersteuerung
- Organisiert Meetings und Workshops mit allen Ebenen der Organisation und steuert das Stakeholder-Management
- Verwaltet effektiv den projektbedingten Wandel und fungiert als Change Agent für die Umsetzung der Strategie

**Für Menschen mit vielen Qualitäten**:

- Hochschul-/Ingenieurstudium mit 5-10 Jahren Erfahrung im Supply Chain Management, Change Management und Customer Service
- Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Transformationsprogrammen im Innendienst
- Starke Projektmanagement-, Problemstrukturierungs
- und strategische Problemlösungsfähigkeiten - nachgewiesene Fähigkeit zur Durchführung quantitativer und qualitativer Analysen
- Starkes Interesse an Supply Chain und Innovationen innerhalb der Supply Chain (z. B. Auftragsautomatisierung, Kundenlösungen, Prozessverbesserung)
- Hands-on, ergebnisorientiert und strukturiert
- Führungskraft als starker Teamplayer mit ausgezeichneten Sozialkompetenzen
- Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in SAP BW, MS Excel und Powerpoint
- Ausgezeichnete Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse sowie die Fähigkeit, in einem multikulturellen und mehrsprachigen Umfeld zu arbeiten
