Our client is one of the leading M&A/Corporate Finance boutiques with a focus on mid-cap companies in Europe. To further expand the successful team in Frankfurt, our client is looking for highly motivated Analysts and Associates.

Tasks
- You will be working on mid-cap M&A transactions in a team with a very strong deal flow and excellent remuneration
- Key responsibilities include ensuring financial modeling, research, analysis, working on pitchbooks, marketing and deal execution are carried out successfully
- Creating and preparing client presentations to support new business development and transaction execution
- Developing, analyzing, and explaining historical financial information as well as projections
- Working directly alongside Managing Directors and Directors in pitching and marketing efforts
- Playing a vital role in execution efforts across a variety of transactions including; mergers, acquisitions, Debt Advisory and restructuring.

**Requirements**:

- You are currently working in an (investment) bank/-boutique or Big 4.
- You will have already gained between 2 to 5 years of work experience
- You have a strong qualification in Business, Economics or Law attained from a leading university.
- You are an enthusiastic, dynamic team player with a solid understanding of economic theories and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding analytical capabilities
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- You speak both English and German fluently.
