Die Bank zeichnet sich durch ihren exzellenten Ruf, eine starke Marktstellung sowie einen herausragenden Dealflow im deutschen und internationalen Umfeld aus. AufgabenUnterstützung bei der Steuerung von M&A -Prozessen (Buy -/Sell -Side), Koordination von Due -Diligence -Prozessen sowie Begleitung von Verhandlungen.Durchführung von Unternehmensbewertungen (DCF, LBO, Multiples), Entwicklung von Finanzmodellen und Analyse von Markt - und Branchentrends.Erstellung von Pitch -Books, Investment Memoranda und Präsentationsunterlagen für Mandanten und Investoren.Analyse von Märkten und Wettbewerbern, Identifikation neuer Transaktionsmöglichkeiten sowie Erstellung von Branchenreports.Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Mandanten, regelmäßige Abstimmung und Präsentation von Ergebnissen. Voraussetzungen3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Investment Banking, M&A Advisory oder Transaction AdvisoryFundierte Kenntnisse in Unternehmensbewertung, Financial Modelling und Due Diligence -ProzessenErfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtungen mit überdurchschnittlichen LeistungenAusgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Problemlösungskompetenz und EntscheidungsstärkeSicherer Umgang mit MS Excel, PowerPoint und gängigen Finanzdatenbanken (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, FactSet)Fließende Deutsch - und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
