Our technology enables businesses to automate phone interactions—such as appointment scheduling, lead qualification, and customer support—using natural-sounding, multilingual AI agents. With seamless integration into tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zapier, Synthflow empowers organizations to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.

**Role Overview**:
We’re seeking a **Technical Video Content Creator** to produce engaging, educational videos that help users become power users of the Synthflow Voice AI platform. This role involves translating complex technical concepts—particularly around APIs—into clear, concise, and visually appealing tutorials.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Plan and script** tutorial videos focused on API integrations and platform capabilities.
- **Produce and edit** high-quality videos, including screen recordings and narration.
- **Collaborate** with product managers, engineers, and support teams to identify relevant topics.
- **Publish and manage** content across YouTube, our documentation portal, and in-app channels.
- **Analyze viewer engagement** to continuously improve content quality and impact.

**Requirements**:

- **Video production proficiency**, including editing, sound, lighting, and screen capture.
- **Strong technical writing ability**, especially for explaining APIs and developer tools clearly.
- **Excellent communication skills** in English.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

**Nice-to-Haves**:

- Experience in **technical customer support** or developer education.
- Prior exposure to tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Twilio.
- Bonus: Motion graphics, animation, or multilingual content creation.
