EW Biotech GmbH operates a multi-purpose biotech facility in Leuna, Germany, as a subsidiary of EW Nutrition GmbH. In addition to scale-up and contract manufacturing, the facility enables expanded research and development activities in the field of bio-based chemicals as well as feed and food additives. EW Biotech and its staff experienced in biotechnology and fermentation are thus creating the conditions to enable customers and partners to make the leap from laboratory to industrial scale.

**Your task
- Support in the area of accounts payable by processing incoming invoices
- Support in the area of accounts receivable by creating outgoing invoices and the downstream management of incoming payments
- Evaluating key figures and preparation of reports for the site management and the management team
- General key figure evaluations for internal controlling
- Purchasing-related activities from enquiries with suitable suppliers to processing material orders
- Contacting new suppliers
- Preparation of export documents and coordination of shipment and delivery
- Support for ongoing customer projects
- General project work such as establishing an inventory management system
- Master data maintenance of e.g. stock and item lists, customer databases and filing of documents
- Telephone answering and forwarding, as well as processing incoming and outgoing mail at the location

**Your strengths**
- A degree in business administration or comparable commercial training with initial work experience
- Good communication, self-management, problem solving and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of the following software: MS Office products, Outlook software, NAV/Business Central or the ability to quickly learn new programmes
- Good English and fluent German
