**THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE**:
As a Founders Associate Intern - Growth for our G2M-Team, you will work very closely with Dirk (Director Marketing and Business Development) to bring charles' Go-to-Market motion to a new level.

You will be at the forefront to enable best-in class processes, data structures and prospect offerings. This position is perfect for someone who wants to move things and have an impact, while learning a lot on the way, especially in the Go-To-Market-side. All of this in one of the fastest-growing and exciting startups in Berlin.

**THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:

- **Performance Steering Support**: Assist in tracking, analyzing, and optimizing key performance metrics across marketing and pre-sales functions
- **CRM Data & Process Management**: Help maintain and improve our CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and developing efficient processes
- **Go-to-Market Execution**: Contribute to our G2M strategy by creating compelling assets and implementing best practice setups
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure alignment and maximize growth opportunities

**YOU'LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND VALUES**:

- You **like fast-paced environments**, such as top-tier management consulting, private equity, investment banking, venture capital, or high-growth startups
- You have **strong PPT and Excel skills**:

- Automation and AI skills, next to experience in CRM systems like Hubspot is a plus

- You have **excellent English** writing and conversational skills
