We're looking for a passionate Founder's Associate to drive our product forward and help us scale. About acemate Founded less than a year ago, acemate has quickly become Germany's leading AI learning platform for higher and further education, trusted by top-tier institutions across four countries, including University of Cologne, WHU and the Deutsche Industrie- und Handelskammer (DIHK).

Tasks: Drive strategic initiatives: from market expansion and pricing to new partnerships and product launches Support the sales cycle: help identify promising leads, prepare sales calls and play a key role in moving opportunities forward Boost our B2C presence: from social media (organic, paid, influencer) to SEO/SEA, referral loops, ambassador programs and other initiatives Turn data into action: analyze product data and user behavior to identify growth levers and test monetization ideas Build our brand: contribute to our content, events, community and thought leadership Take charge of internal ops: improve workflows, processes and help us scale internal systems across finance, investor relations and tooling Requirements What We're Looking For Relevant experience: You’ve worked in startups, consulting, VC, investment banking or other fast-paced, high-performance environments Strategic & hands-on: You can zoom out and think big, but you’re just as ready to roll up your sleeves and execute Analytical mindset: You’re comfortable with numbers, structured thinking, and turning data into decisions Excellent communicator: You’re fluent in both German & English, and comfortable leading conversations with users, customers and decision-makers Commitment to excellence: You’re driven to go above and beyond when it matters AI-native: You integrate AI in almost every workflow without outsourcing your thinking Availability: You're available for 3-6 months in Berlin Benefits Benefits Option to continue as a working student Working in a small but driven team built around performance and learning Flexible environment with high degree of autonomy and option to work remotely Frequent team events and acemate parties 🥳 Ready to Join Us?
