**FOOD AND BEVERAGE INTERN - BERLIN based**

Based in : Berlin

Hours: 20 hours (working student) or Full-time (intern) 6-months

Languages required: German & English - Italian welcome

BIG MAMMA is a bunch of more than 2200 cool guys behind the 25 most iconic italian restaurants & Food Market in UK, France, Spain, Germany and Italy. With more than 10.000 clients a day, extremely warm places, an authentic cuisine, products imported directly from Italy, everything 100% fresh and 100% homemade.

Join the team and be part of this great adventure among a one-of-a-kind team. As F&B intern or working student you will become part of our F&B Team and support the full Squadra in our dream restaurants in Germany : Giorgia in Munich, Coccodrillo in Berlin and Edmondo in Hamburg

You will directly report to Constantin Scheibler F&B Manager Germany, and, with his help and support, you will participate to the following missions:
**Procurements**: we buy our products directly to producers, in Italy for italian products, locally for the rest. We need your help to source, discuss and negotiate to keep a close relationship with our partners.

**Logistics**: as we buy directly we have to manage our logístical flows. To have the right produce at the right time in the right place you will participate together with the F&B team in organising the transport, storage and redistribution of products to trattorias

**Menu engineering and performance**: you will support restaurants by participating to the highlights of a restaurant's year (changing menu, inventories) and improving the performance and processes in coordination with the Chefs and the restaurants’ directors

**Sustainability**: As we are a B CORP certified company we attach great importance to having a sustainable approach to our business. This is absolutely crucial for us even if it represents more work. Your involvement will be key.
