- Person should be able to understand the customer complaint and its resolution provided by the concern team.- Based on resolution, He/ She should be able to make an analysis and decision for compensation eligibility criteria based on Telefonica confirmation with Law and commerce analysis.- Should be able to work on all domain issues where customer had faced outages and compensation is eligible.- Dispatch INC to next level like Telefonica customer compensation group, BO or Ticket- Management group.- Follow and adhere to SLAs and KPIs for Customer complaints.
**Requirements**:
- Must have min. 4-6 years hands on experience customer complaint handling.- Should be having very good German and English speaking/writing skills.- Good knowledge on customer complaint resolution provided by the respective domain team to make further analysis on compensation.- Communication with SMC and internal department for customer complaints.- Must have above average communication skills- High service level and promptness in handling customer issues and complaints.- Rich experience on law and commerce accounts process to prepare compensation analysis with proper justification.- Good Knowledge about resolution provided on issues from different teams and should be able to link the scenario in terms of solution documentation.- Responsible for complaint, compensation audit.- Good knowledge in Microsoft excel and access.
- Good knowledge of ticketing tools, tracing tools.
