Wir sind einer der führenden Publisher von Free-to-Play-Onlinegames mit Sitz in Karlsruhe.
Willst du in der Praxis das Arbeiten mit Big Data und Event-Processing-Systemen sowohl On-Premises als auch in der Cloud kennenlernen? Dann unterstütze als Werkstudent* das Business Intelligence Team der Gameforge dabei Lösungen zu finden und zu realisieren, um Daten aus allen Spielen und zentralen Services in einen Datenbestand zu integrieren, welcher für Analyse, Reportings und CRM Maßnahmen verwendet wird.

**Deine Mission**
- Du hilfst bei der Migration der bestehenden BI Plattform in die Azure Cloud
- Du evaluierst alternative Lösungsansätze zur bestehenden Datenverarbeitung und präsentierst die Ergebnisse dem Team
- Du passt bestehende Jobs für Event-Processing und ETL an und entwickelst sie weiter
- Du unterstützt das Team bei der fortlaufenden Aktualisierung der Dokumentation der BI Plattform

**Dein Skillset**
- Du studierst Informatik oder ein vergleichbares Fachgebiet
- Du hast erste Erfahrungen mit SQL und Programmierung (Python, Java, Go) gesammelt
- Du interessierst dich für Datenbanken, Business Intelligence und Big Data und hast entsprechende Themen idealerweise als Vertiefungsgebiete in deinem Studium gewählt
- Du besitzt gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Du teilst gerne Informationen mit anderen und es fällt dir leicht diese auch detailliert zu erklären
- Du arbeitest sowohl selbständig als auch gerne im Team und möchtest dich und deine eigenen Fähigkeiten einbringen
- Du weißt mit komplexeren Aufgaben umzugehen und lässt dich dabei nicht aus der Ruhe bringen
