Would you like to gain legal experience in a corporate context and are you used to working conscientiously? As a working student (m/f/d) in the legal department in Karlsruhe, you will be right at the heart of the company's activities, working on confidentiality agreements and gaining exciting insights into day-to-day legal processes.

Your tasks
  • Processing NDAs (non-disclosure agreements):
    • Comparing incoming NDAs with the INERATEC standard, assessing and evaluating deviations, and making adjustments 
    • Performing dual checks for NDAs from the specialist departments 
    • Preparing and coordinating the digital signature process for NDAs
  • Setting up and maintaining the contract database:
    • Centralizing and structuring existing contract data in close coordination with various departments
    • Tracking and optimizing processes
  • Supporting legal research, e.g., on contract clauses or legal interpretations 
  • Supporting administrative tasks, in particular coordinating notary appointments and document management
Your profile
  • Currently studying law, business law, or a comparable economics/humanities degree program
  • Structured, meticulous, and responsible approach to work—especially when handling confidential information
  • Highly reliable, proactive, and able to understand the context behind tasks
  • Good communication skills and enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
