Your Tasks: - With your team of Data/NLP Scientists and Software Engineers (about five people), you will be responsible for building and expanding a scalable AI/ML Ops platform for centralized use. - With your crew, you pioneer the possible uses of AI and ML Ops and identify potential use cases for the deployment of AI. The implementation of these will also be your responsibility. - For the AI solutions/services, you will take over product responsibility and marketing within the IONOS Group on all hierarchy levels. - Leadership, coaching, and continuous development of the team and the individual employees are essential to your job. We Appreciate: You bring a degree or comparable education with relevant work experience in the Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning/Data Science environment. In addition, you have good knowledge of requirements engineering and building software architectures. You are familiar with the term "Servant Leader" and the understanding behind it is part of your DNA. Furthermore, we desire the following: - At least three years of practical work experience as a team leader in an IT/AI-related environment. - Technologies like Python, R, TensorFlow, ScikitLearn, ElasticSearch, Spark, Kubernetes, Docker, etc., are not foreign to you. - Experience in stakeholder management on all hierarchy levels. - Powerful interpersonal and emotional skills, the ability to delegate responsibility, and experience managing conflict. - You are no stranger to the great initiative and a hands-on mentality. - You have a good command of written and spoken German and English.
