**Who are we looking for?**:
We are excited to be hiring an **Ops Coordinator** to join us in this adventure If you’re a problem-solver, a process geek, and have a knack for juggling multiple hats then you’re in the right place.

You can be based **anywhere in Germany **and handle all sorts of fun and challenging tasks across **HR, recruitment, ops, process improvement and more**. If you've ever navigated the intricacies of **German bureaucracy** or have **EOR** experience, that's a huge plus

Are you ready to embark on this adventure with us?

***The magic you’ll perform****:

- **People Ops Wizardry** ‍ ️ You’ll be hands-on with onboarding, offboarding, and all things People Ops. Your goal? Keep things running smoothly and help make sure our team stays happy and supported
- **Talent Explorer** You’ll team up with People Ops to fine-tune our recruitment process, helping us discover the best and brightest talent
- **Fun Coordinator** You’ll take charge of planning virtual hangouts, team meetups, and creative activities that keep our remote team connected, engaged, and having a blast
- **Process Supercharger** Efficiency is the name of the game You’ll be on a constant quest to streamline, improve, and automate processes that keep our business zooming forward.
- **Research & Wildcard Projects** From researching new tools to jumping on new initiatives, you'll be ready to take on whatever comes your way.
- **Team Superhero Support** ‍ ️ Be the go-to person for other teams, swooping in to assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks like the true multitasking superhero you are

**Interview Process**:

- Initial Screen (30mins)
- Offline task with a follow-up hiring manager call (60mins)
- Executive Interview (30mins) with Co-founders

**Requirements**:

**Hard skills**:

- Strong background in People/Business Ops, admin and event planning
- Great at using Slack, Notion and Zapier
- Bonus if you have experience with EOR, and familiarity with German bureaucracy
- Fluent in English and German

**Personality traits/soft skills**:

- An independent superstar
- Naturally proactive and responsive
- A strong communicator, always looking to learn and improve
