In this role, you’ll develop and implement CRM strategies, drive process improvements, and inspire international teams to make the most of our CRM system — all while setting best practices that will elevate our global markets. This is a permanent, full-time position. Your new place of work is our HQ in Einbeck, Lower Saxony. Let’s**shape the future of Customer Relationships at KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA together **Your tasks**: - Create and implement CRM strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers. - Develop segmentation strategies and increase the company wide usage of CRM, Customer Segmentation and support the establishment of global CRM campaigns, programs, and platforms in sales, marketing and e-commerce. - Oversee the implementation and use of CRM software and tools at KWS, ensuring they effectively support customer data management and analysis. - Partnering and collaborating across multiple business departments and markets to develop and reshape CRM procedures, processes and implementation to enhance optimizations and best practices for the customer experience. - Act as a bridge between markets, Business Units and technical teams to ensure effective solutions and process improvements while collaborating with external developers alongside your IT counterpart to manage project delivery (backlog requirements, prepare for execution and end-to-end implementation). - Develop concepts and materials and support user adoption with trainings and frequent CRM community meetings. **Your profile**: - Academic degree with focus on marketing or economics and acouple ofyears of professional experience in the usage of CRM platforms and the management of customer data. - Business Process Knowledge: Strong ability to analyze and optimize workflows. - Communication & Collaboration: excellent stakeholder management across all levels and with cross-functional teams. - Problem solver with strong analytical skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve challenges. - Committed team player with passion for latest trends and benchmarks in the field of CRM. - Motivated; have an independent way of working, can-do attitude paired with strong multi-dimensional thinking, balancing strategy and execution. - Salesforce Expertise: Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud ideally paired with proficiency in Salesforce configuration and reporting tools preferred. - Very good command of English; additional languages are an asset. **Our Offer**: - An exceptionally interesting and varied job in an international environment with the opportunity to contribute to innovative ideas. - Working in an international, highly motivated, and dynamic tea - Flexible working hours with the possibility of mobile workin - As a family-run company, we live by the values of team spirit, closeness and trust, independence and vision - a culture that is also lived out in practice, e.g. through an open and friendly working atmosphere. - Following the motto: "Make yourself grow" we promote individual professional and personal development. - We create the appropriate framework conditions for you: capital-forming benefits, Christmas and holiday pay, childcare allowance, JobRad.
