**The Business School has a vacancy for the following position to be filled at the**

**earliest possible date**:
**W2 professorship (M/F/d) for general business**

**administration with a focus on**

**financial accounting**
- Sound scientific knowledge of business administration, particularly in financial

accounting
- Outstanding scientific and teaching qualifications
- In-depth knowledge and experience in the preparation and/or auditing of annual

financial statements
- Several years of professional experience in the relevant areas
- Professional examination as a tax consultant and/or auditor desirable
- Strong language skills in German and English
- Additional language skills in French and/or another world language are also

desirable.

**Your profile**
- Teaching relevant courses in the bachelor and master degree programs in the

fields of financial accounting (including bookkeeping) and cost accounting
- Active participation in teaching the fundamentals of general business administration
- Dedicated participation in furthering the faculty and the university
- Transnational cooperation and engagement within the framework of the Franco
- German University Institute at the htw saar (DFHI)
- Offering courses in English
- On-site presence at the university in order to provide optimal support for students
