**Intern Asset Management (w/m/d)**

**Dein Aufgabengebiet**:

- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Objektstrategien
- Erstellung und Überwachung von Budgets (Capex, Opex, etc.)
- Cash-Flow Analysen
- Markt
- und Mieterresearch
- Erstellung von internen und externen Vorlagen und Präsentationen für Entscheidungsgremien
- Interne und externe Berichterstattung (Auswertung Mietlaufzeiten, Zahlungsrückstände, Mieteinnahmen, etc.)
- Vor
- und Nachbereitung von Mietvertragsverhandlungen sowie die Teilnahme daran

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften/ Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (oder vergleichbar), Immobilienwirtschaftliche Schwerpunkte von Vorteil
- Nachgewiesenes Interesse an Immobilien, vorzugsweise erste Berufserfahrung
- Kenntnisse der Gesetzgebung und/oder der Finanztechniken im Zusammenhang mit Immobilieninvestitionen
- Ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, Fähigkeit zur effizienten Arbeit im Team in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Selbstständigkeit, Eigeninitiative, Unternehmergeist und Ergebnisorientierung
- Ausgeprägte analytische und synthetische Fähigkeiten
- Mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Kreatives Denken, Fähigkeit zur Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen
- Schriftliche und mündliche Englischkenntnisse
