Werde Teil unseres Teams als Intern Asset Management:
**Dein Aufgabengebiet**:

- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Objektstrategien
- Erstellung und Überwachung von Budgets (Capex, Opex, etc.)
- Cash-Flow Analysen
- Markt
- und Mieterresearch
- Erstellung von internen und externen Vorlagen und Präsentationen für Entscheidungsgremien
- Interne und externe Berichterstattung (Auswertung Mietlaufzeiten, Zahlungsrückstände, Mieteinnahmen etc.)
- Sowie Übernahme genereller administrativer Aufgaben

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Kaufmännisches Studium mit Schwerpunkt in der Immobilienwirtschaft oder allgemeines kaufmännisches Studium mit Zusatzqualifikation in der Immobilienwirtschaft
- MS Office Kenntnisse insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
- Teamplayer und Fähigkeit zur selbständigen Arbeit
