Delivery Hero is looking for a** Senior Brand Researcher (all genders)** to join our Central Marketing team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences
- You manage a portfolio of global research projects (both quantitative and qualitative).
- You build up from scratch research surveys and understand the business implications of the received/requested data, and perform deep-dive analysis, customer segmentation and KPIs updates.
- You synthesize insights and tell impactful stories which influence business decisions in the local marketing teams and drive the understanding of users’ perceptions of brands.
- You work on ad-hoc projects that add value to the business and bring your input on methodology and deliverables.
- You can integrate data & insights from other sources to tell a holistic and impactful story.
- You act as an in-house consultant to our international entities on market research topics.
- You are part of the Marketing department in the central research team and work very closely with our Brand Managers and Research Director (direct reporting).

**Qualifications**
- You have several years of brand/customer research and analytical experience within a FMCG or E-commerce company or agency.
- You possess good SPSS, Excel and Power Point skills.
- You are eager to learn more and strengthen your research experience.
- You have strong aptitude for quantitative/qualitative analysis.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You have strong attention to detail and have great time and project management skills.
