**About the team**

For many organizations the commercial loan origination process represents one of the most labor-intensive and complex processes to manage. Supported by a network of high-value business and risk stakeholders, critical customer information and data is often maintained across an aging and fragmented system architecture, with limited automation and presentation of a single, consistent customer view. Delays and inconsistencies are inevitable as is the lack of transparency - both internally and to the organization’s customers.

In an ever more regulated and competitive market, the demand for efficient use of both human and financial assets makes this no longer acceptable. FIS Commercial Lending Suite, incorporating credit assessment, loan origination and loan servicing tackles these challenges head-on. Built on responsive technology, our suite helps bring your institution to the next level of customer engagement, risk analysis and profitability optimization throughout the full end-to-end credit life cycle.

**What you will be doing**
- Promote our Commercial Lending Suite across your assigned region;
- Develop strong relationships across tier 1 and tier 2 institutions;
- Meet your assigned goal of sales across your assigned region;
- Lead marketing and communication campaigns across your region;
- Take ownership of RFIs and RFPs making sure FIS will be the chosen provider;
- Coordinate the sales effort between presales, sales and implementation efforts;.

As a senior member of the new sales team you will also be expected to:

- Understand the commercial lending process and the sensitive issues around it;
- Make sure you are ahead of trends ad expectations of the commercial lending space;
- Interacting internally and externally to make sure IS brand is solidly perceived across your region;
- Understand the business of FIS and cooperate fo cross selling opportunities.

**What you bring**:

- Knowledge of the DACH region and of the Tier 1 and 2 banks operating in this region;
- Desire to interact and communicate with maket;
- Proven complex sales experience;
- Track record of successful sales;
- Knowledge of the Commercial lending space;.
