Unser Junior Legal Counsel ist Teil des Legal Departments welches die Geschäftsführung, das Management Team und Fachabteilungen in allen vertraglichen und rechtlichen Angelegenheiten des Unternehmens berät. Die Stelle ist ab sofort in Voll
- oder Teilzeit zu besetzen.

**KOMPETENTER ANSPRECHPARTNER**:
Unterstützung bei der Prüfung und Gestaltung von Verträgen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen

Bearbeitung von juristischen Themen insbesondere aus den Bereichen des Vertrags-, Gesellschafts-, IT-, E-Commerce-, Datenschutz-, Marken
- und Urheber
- sowie aus dem Handelsrecht

Prüfen von rechtlichen Sachverhalten, Bewerten von möglichen Risiken und Erarbeiten von Lösungsmöglichkeiten

**INNOVATION**:
Mitgestaltung bei der Weiterentwicklung der bisher bestehenden Legal Tools, wie bspw. Robotics, CMS

Mitwirkung bei der Aktualisierung und Erstellung von Vertragstemplates und Guidelines

**Hier zählen Erfahrung und bisher erbrachte Leistungen**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes erstes und zweites juristisches Staatsexamen und/oder einen Master of (Business) Laws (LL.M.)
- Berufserfahrung in einer international ausgerichteten Kanzlei oder einem international ausgerichteten Unternehmen, vorzugsweise mit vertieften Kenntnissen im Bereich Vertragsgestaltung und AGB-Recht.
- Effizientes, pragmatisches und unternehmensorientiertes Einsetzen der juristischen Fähigkeiten
- Fähigkeit, eigenständig und zügig Lösungen für neue Fragestellungen zu erarbeiten
- Zielstrebige, eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Proaktivität
- Zuverlässigkeit und Liebe zum Detail
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office
