Jeden Tag tragen die Mitarbeiter*innen der UE mit innovativen Ideen dazu bei, die UE ihren Zielen näher zu bringen: Qualität, Service, Internationalität und Wachstum. Die Studiengänge sind das Ergebnis des direkten Austauschs zwischen UE-Professor*innen, Mitarbeiter*innen und Studierenden sowie des Feedbacks von potenziellem Arbeitgeber*innen. **Position**: Der Lehrumfang beträgt 2 Semesterwochenstunden. Deine Aufgaben: Durchführung der Lehrveranstaltung „Mergers & Acquisitions“ und die Vermittlung folgender Inhalte: M&A-Grundlagen, Begriffe und Formen; Ziele, Motive von M&A; M&A-Prozess; Akteure im M&A-Umfeld M&A-Planungsphase: Einbindung von M&A in das strategische Management von Wertpotenzialen; Klassifikation von Akquisitionsstrategien; Übernahmetaktiken und -abwehr M&A-Durchführungsphase: Selektion der Akquisitionskandidaten; Vorvertragliche Verhandlungen und Due Diligence; Business Plan als Bezugspunkt für Unternehmensbewertung und Übernahmefinanzierung; Rechtliche Prüfungen (WpÜG, Kartellrecht); Unternehmensbewertung und Kaufpreisermittlung; Transaktions - und Finanzierungsstrukturen M&A-Integrationsphase: Integrationsmaßnahmen (strategische, strukturelle, personelle, kulturelle); Ansätze und Methoden der M&A-Erfolgskontrolle; Empirische Ergebnisse zu Erfolg und Misserfolg von M&A-Aktivitäten Erstellung und Bewertung von Leistungsnachweisen. **Requirements**: - Abgeschlossenes einschlägiges Hochschulstudium - Lehrerfahrung an Hochschulen - Entsprechende Berufserfahrung - Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke - Organisationsgeschick und Einsatzbereitschaft **Other information**: Wir bieten Dir: - Abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben in einer tollen Teamatmosphäre - Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten an herausfordernden und abwechslungsreichen Projekten - Verschiedene Online-Sprachkurse sowie die Möglichkeiten an online Kooperationsangeboten (z.B.
