The degree programs are the result of direct exchange between UE professors, staff, and students and feedback from potential employers. **Position**: **Your tasks**: - Implementation of the Bachelor courses (teaching language: English), - In particular: Models to explain the phenomenon of "communication - Dialogue-oriented communication - Presentation design and techniques - Question techniques, dealing with objections, negotiation techniques - Introduction to models of team building and causes of conflict - Solution models for conflict management - Use of team-building measures - Experience activating methods as well as exercises and techniques from the practice of group dynamics Mediation techniques for mediating conflicts - Cultural concepts: Interculturality, cultural identity - Cultural behavior patterns and modes - Intercultural aspects of communication and negotiation **Requirements**: - Completed relevant university studies - Teaching experience at universities - Relevant professional experience - Strong teamwork and communication skills - Organizational skills and willingness to work hard **Other information**: - Contract as an external lecturer - A varied, innovative and international working environment in collaboration with partner universities and cooperation partners - The chance to develop personally and professionally In order to review your documents, we need your curriculum vitae and your diploma or doctoral certificate.
