**Company Description**:

- More than 20 years ago, zooplus was one of the first to bring the pet category into the world of eCommerce. Today, we stand strong as Europe’s leading online pet platform, delivering moments of happiness to more than 9 million pet parents each year.We are looking for a **Team Lead Affiliate Marketing (all genders)** based in Munich to strategically lead our Affiliate channel and six experienced colleagues in different locations.

Your tasks:

- Own Affiliate channel and outline effective growth strategy to meet our performance targets
- Measure, analyze and report on affiliate performance against set KPI goals, proposing solutions and growth opportunities to the Head of Digital Advertising
- Lead and encourage Affiliate Managers to maximum performance and dedication, and support their professional development
- Build strong relationships with publishers, network partners and service providers
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time and meeting budgetary and quality standards
- Establish a shared process between Affiliate team and Regions/Markets to ensure channel strategy, campaign tactics and guidance are harmonically aligned and implemented
- Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on these insights

**Qualifications**:

- Proven 5+ years working experience with strong understanding of Affiliate marketing, digital marketing and e-commerce
- Acute understanding of core online advertising revenue models (CPM, CPC, CPO), as well as traffic channels such as social, search, PCE, display, mobile APP, etc.
- Profound knowledge of deal negotiation, testing execution and partnership-oriented mindset
- Excellent analytical skills and confidence in data management
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership experience in leading team and performance management, ideally within a multicultural environment
- Very good command of English
