In this role, you will contribute to the double-digit growth of our affiliate content business as a publisher, help position our brands as the shopping destinations, and lead the teams in creating great and relevant shoppable content for our consumers. As well as setting up and establishing the distribution of our own consumer products such as the VOGUE Collection with Affiliate as a relevant and growing performance marketing channel.

Affiliate as a publisher:
- Line management of local Affiliate editors to support their everyday performance, and long-term development- Lead regular weekly / monthly Reporting of brand revenue and key metrics highlighting successes and areas for improvement- Devise and execute on audience development strategies to increase traffic to commerce and shopping focused content including but not limited to Search, Social, Newsletter and platform partnerships.- Cross title ‘shopping tentpole’ strategy, planning and execution e.g. Amazon Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday- Acting as a point of liaison and coordination between market stakeholders in the pursuit of profitable revenue growth. Represent Germany in European commerce conversations- Support local and European Partnerships team with local merchant negotiations for preferential commission rates and other opportunities- Facilitate knowledge-sharing and best practice development between local-market teams, and between markets.- Ensure important themes and messages are distributed appropriately from external partners to internal stakeholders appropriately.- Support Product and Technology leadership in development of new tools and processes, including requirements gathering, testing, and adoption plans.

Affiliate Marketing for Condé Nast Brands and Products:
- Setup and implement a affiliate platform and campaigns for our consumer products like VOGUE Collection to drive consumer growth and revenue- Identify key partners to recruit onto our affiliate program and building deep collaborative relationships- Vet potential affiliates to ensure brand alignment, content quality, and promotional tactics to make recommendations accordingly- Work on multiple initiatives for delivering business goals, and ensuring maximum ROI from your affiliate budget. Examples of initiatives include adjustment of affiliate discount and payout structure, creative strategy, campaign/investment optimization and more.- Liaise with marketing representatives to lead wider performance marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring that activities are aligned where possible and sharing best practice.- Identification of growth opportunities and optimisation of the performance marketing mix- 2 years of experience with affiliate marketing, performance marketing, and/or online marketing- You will have experience in identifying relevant affiliate partners and developing commercial agreements- You have a strong analytical mindset and experience in processing a great number of datasets and presenting insights- highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency with 3rd party tools, i.e.for affiliate Skimlinks, Amazon and Criteo- Highly analytical, solutions-oriented, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently, prioritize, and manage multiple projects under tight deadline
