**your responsibilities**:
The Jobholder will work as Business Improver (d/f/m). Their responsibilities will include:

- Contributing to the creation of common learning, development, awareness and knowledge solutions to deploy a continuous learning and self-directed development culture
- Increasing maturity and results of the performance management system of PO function by deploying AOS bricks
- Collaboration with the central AOS Teams and communities consisting of AOS brick leaders
- Contributing to managing projects consisting of Airbus staff, subcontractors and an AOS expert and change leader network
- Analyzing existing AOS bricks as well as adapting and improving them as needed
- Deploying Key performance indicators at all levels through a tiered visual performance management system (e.g. SQCDP) as well as understanding all associated inputs/outputs that drive business performance

**personal requirements**:

- Independent, structured and result-oriented work and good analytical skills
- A high degree of persuasiveness and assertiveness to represent the relevant interests
- Strong communication skills to work with contacts at all levels and maintain business relationships
- Willingness to travel once a Businessquarter

**professional training/studies**:

- Project management at least Bachelor's degree or
- Business administration at least a bachelor's degree or
- Economics at least Bachelor's degree

**work experience**:

- Change management at least less than 1 year or none work experience
- Project management at least less than 1 year or none work experience

**knowledges**:

- Lean Management at least basic knowledge
- Project management at least good knowledge

**IT**:

- Knowledge of Google Workspace desirable

**languages**:

- German at least basics
- English at least business fluent

- Six Sigma Green Belt an advantage
- Networking skills an advantage
