**Then come and join our global team as**Working Student (f/m/d) to support the Foreign Exchange Management - Treasury.**

**Choose the best place for your work** - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Administrative:
- You will support the administration of the intranet pages, update of presentations and training materials
- You will support the administration of our training platform for foreign exchange topics
- You will administrate our internal guidelines and information storages
- Digitalization:
- You will create and administrate dashboards for the department with Microsoft PowerBI and Qlik
- You will heavily be involved in automatization projects using robot process automation (RPA) tools that will help to digitize tasks in the department
- You will support the team in various global digitization projects that will help Siemens Healthineers Treasury to streamline processes
- Project Management:
- You will support us on treasury initiatives and ad hoc analysis
- You will support us in the creation of presentations in PowerPoint for various foreign exchange projects
- You will also support us with the creation communication materials and updating intranet of the department

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- You are studying Business Administration, Business Informatics, Informatics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering or comparable and are at least in the 3rd semester of your Bachelor's or in your Master's degree
- You are at least for 6 months available
- You are proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- You have intermediate skills in Power BI, Power Automate and SQL
- Knowledge in programming (VBA, Python), QlikSense or experience with video creation tools like Camtasia or Synthesia is nice-to-have
- Initial experience with worldwide data queries, processing and analyses is an advantage

**Your attributes and skills**:

- You have very good English skills, written and spoken, other languages are a plus
- You are characterized by a structured and precise way of working and are open to new challenges
- You are a self-starter and able to learn independently
