What do you contribute?

• You will maintain and update our capacity and utilization planning tool.
• You will support our team in analyzing and summarizing information for monthly capacity planning.
• Furthermore, you will support the team in continuous improvements, such as the automation of processes with e.g. AI, Excel programming, Power BI, Power Automate, etc.
• In addition, you will be involved in the creation and preparation of presentations, evaluations and analyses (mainly in English).
• Your tasks will also include demand-oriented participation in day-to-day business and ongoing offers.

What do you bring along?

• You are currently studying a technical subject (ideally IT or a focus on AI) and are available to us for approx h/week.
• You have first experience in process automation (e.g. RPA o AI) using innovative technologies
• In addition, you already have a good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• You also have basic knowledge of Excel VBA. Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
• You enjoy working in an international environment and you are characterized by a systematic and reliable working style.
• You are fluent in English, knowledge of German is a plus.

Attractive conditions

With us you will receive an attractive salary. You start with 15,17€ per hour and receive 19,36€ per hour from the 7th month.
