Als Senior Marketing Specialist sind Sie für die Konzeption, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Marketingmaßnahmen im Bereich Herzrhythmustherapien verantwortlich. Dabei verbinden Sie klassisches Produktmarketing mit digitalem Know-how und tragen so dazu bei, die Sichtbarkeit unserer Therapien bei Ärzt:innen, Krankenhäusern und weiteren Stakeholdern zu erhöhen.

Diese Position umfasst die Region Deutschland und ist daher eine Remote-Position. Remote bedeutet, dass Ihre Heimatadresse als primärer Arbeitsort gilt (Home Office). Für Meetings und Workshops kann hin und wieder Ihre Anwesenheit im Medtronic Office in Meerbusch erforderlich sein - eine Wohnortnähe zum Standort ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung. Gelegentliche Reisen innerhalb Deutschlands und Europas sind vorgesehen, um Kundenveranstaltungen oder interne Workshops zu unterstützen.

Für diese Stelle besteht eine einrichtungsbezogene Impfpflicht. Aus diesem Grund ist eine vollständige Masernimpfung Voraussetzung für die Besetzung der offenen Position.

**Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen, wie folgt**:

- Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Evaluation von Marketingkampagnen für das Produktportfolio im Bereich Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM)
- Erstellung und Koordination von Marketingmaterialien für interne und externe Zielgruppen (Präsentationen, Newsletter, Sales-Tools)
- Steuerung von Projekten und Agenturen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen (z. B. Europäisches Headquarter, Vertrieb, Market Development, T&E)
- Unterstützung bei digitalen Marketinginitiativen wie Salesforce CRM und Social Media
- Analyse und Reporting von Kampagnenergebnissen zur Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Mitwirkung an Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung von Marketingprozessen und digitalen Tools

**Erforderliches Wissen und Erfahrung**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Marketing, Kommunikation, Betriebswirtschaft, Naturwissenschaft oder vergleichbarer Ausbildung
- 3-5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Produktmarketing, bevorzugt im MedTech-, Pharma
- oder Healthcare-Umfeld
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit hoher Eigenverantwortung
- Erfahrungen im Produktmanagement
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Digitale Kompetenz, insbesondere im Umgang mit der Office Suite und CRM-Systemen (idealerweise Salesforce) sowie optional Social Media Marketing
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte verständlich aufzubereiten
