As Digitalization & Platforms Lead (f/m/d) you are committed to drive value for Siemens Business Units and Cross Functional Partners to support the effective management of External Resource which is critical to Siemens success.

**For this you will**:

- Continuously evolve Temporary Labor Digitalization Strategy to support management of global Purchasing volume of circa €1,1bn across 25,000 Third Party Workers.
- Foster Strategic Partner Collaboration & Market Intelligence utilization to ensure ongoing Program Maturity Development
- Ensure cross Functional Stakeholder Influencing (Business, Country, HR, Finance, IT) for Digitalization Strategy alignment and execution, including Global Temporary Labor Policy Framework
- Drive Initiatives in the fields of Sustainability and Social Enterprise supported by Digitalization.
- Coordinate and oversee the holistic Downstream Solution Architecture for seamless No Touch end to end processes
- Support the enablement of Deep Dive Analytics within Country programmesprograms to ensure ongoing optimal route to market, business savings and process efficiencies
- Drive global holistic transparency across all digitalization programmesprograms
- Act as advisor to executives and senior management functions for External Resource-related topics

**What you need to make real what matters.**
- Many years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management/Procurement (ideally indirect material/services) with a consistent track record in setting new standards for procurement/SCM related processes.
- Experience in an External Resource Management role, including the deployment and management of Vendor Management Systems & Managed Service Solutions
- Track record for effective cross functional, international and cross business cooperation
- Profound experience in developing and driving Strategy, Innovation and Change
- Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- University Degree (Master/Diploma) in a technical or economies related field or equivalent qualification
- Business fluency in English, a very good command of German is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication & strong negotiation skills
- Comfortable in leading and managing networks and business virtually, but readiness to travel (international), too
