Since our launch in 2018 we are now present in 63 countries worldwide and continuing to expand. **OPERATIONS & PROCESS OPTIMISATION - (M/F/d)** **Part Time / Full time** **Location -FREIGERICHT, GERMANY** You will join a fast growing e-commerce and retail brand based out of Freigericht, Germany with a US entity in Texas, USA and a distribution network spanning 63 countries. Our business is fast paced, ever evolving and dynamic. We now need a master of processes to take our business ot the next level. Working in a small team with global scope, this role will be focused on ensuring the smooth operation of the business ranging from overseeing wholesale orders internationally, exports, legal & compliance, and stakeholder management. A large portion of your role will be focused on setting up and optimising processes as well as training and managing the team. **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Process B2B wholesale orders ensuring they are received in a timely manner and with the correct compliance undertaken in both the USA and Europe. - Supporting the fulfiliment of orders for dropshipping in the USA via the EDI system SPS Commerce. - Working closely with our E-Retail Manager to optimise processes for dropshipping. - Coordinate international logistics - ensuring all shipments arrive on time and are booked in successfully with all compliance and documentation stored. - Cost controlling of the operations department including warehousing, inventory and logisitcs. - Supporting with the set-up of all new products and test running before launches on both our Shopify platforms and partner platforms such as SPS. - Creating a process for our distribution and wholesale orders. - Spearheading the migration of our systems to an ERP system - Stakeholder management - ensuring smooth business operations and first point of contact to our stakeholders in our various warehouses, logistics, IT etc - Management of the inventory report and analysis and reporting of sales per product line. - Monitoring stock levels in our worldwide warehouses to ensure the business maintains stable stock amounts and can make recommendations for re-orders. - Monthly reporting relating to logistics functions and stock **DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?** - Agile & adaptable, able and willing to complete a variety of tasks in an unstructured, start up environment. - International experience - working at ease with different cultures, nationalities and systems - Diversified operational experience in a logistics or operations role and experience in managing global shipments. - Fluency (both written and spoken) in English & German - Systems knowledge - experience working in cloud based ERP systems, Excel and Microsoft programs. - Analytical - able to analyze, interpret data and think strategically with a strong eye for detail - Organized & methodical - can formulate logical processes and build frameworks for best business practices. **YOU HAVE** - 3-5+ years’ experience in a logistics operational role - Extensive experience on process optimisation - E-commerce or Retail background - Excellent Excel skills - Experience working with an ERP system. - A structured and organized personality - A team player who can work independently **WHAT WE OFFER** - 30 days holiday - Flexible working (3 days office based, 2 days home office) - A company, laptop and home set up. - 1,000 EUR of free TK products annually. - 50 EUR per month either Rossmann, Westwing or Aral etc - 2 days paid leave for charity work per year. - On-going training and development. **About us**: TK is a global childrens homewares brand.
