To support the House & the region under the fast-changing retail landscape and evolving technology, Supply Chain has become a strategic pillar to contribute to the continuous success of our House. Speed-to-market and seamless end-to-end logistics will become the future focus of Supply Chain.

The increasingly volatile and complex environment leads us to elevate our Supply Chain to anticipate risks ahead to better support our markets and business teams. This role serves as a strategic and trusted partner of the Fashion Division in North Asia and SEAA to:

  • Monitor and govern the daily supply chain operations without disruptions.
  • Support supply chain projects to cope with business growth of the Fashion Division.
  • To drive process Improvement and operation excellence on Fashion supply chain operations.
  • Assist and coach the teammates.
  • Monitor the performance of logistics service provider.

The impact you can create at CHANEL

As the Assistant Supply Chain Manager in the region, you will act as a key liaison between Global Fashion Supply Chain and Regional Fashion teams. A sounding board and an operational enabler, you will help drive the execution of critical supply chain initiatives that support CHANEL Fashion for excellence.

  • Deliver regional supply chain projects that support the Fashion Division including HERO and Sea Freight optimization, ensuring timely execution and measurable impact.
  • Enhance market fulfillment performance by optimizing lead times from Global Distribution Centers to local markets
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Fashion Operations processes. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and ensure alignment with evolving business needs and transformation programs.
