**Purpose of job**

**Assignments**
- Work with HR and the business to effectively deliver on agreed hiring plans
- Closely collaborate with agencies, universities and other providers that help to expand the pipeline of talent
- Work on optimising processes and suggest improvements based on analytics and research
- Contribute to TA projects e.g. in the area of employer branding and digital talent recruitment

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, HR or Psychology or demonstrated ability to perform at this level
- Several years of experience in recruitment and experience with a broad range of 'corporate' positions
- Experience with handling confidential and executive searches
- Experience with process improvement and with working on Talent Acquisition projects
- Data savvy person, a rock-start active sourcer or a great process minded person
- Fluent in business English
