**Robotikos**:

- We are building a product in Industry 4.0, at the intersection of technical consulting and process optimization with a focus on SMEs using industrial robotics for their manufacturing processes. We want to empower SMEs to leverage technology to remain sustainable, profitable and competitive, while improving working conditions for their employees. We are currently developing an MVP, and have a strong interest from the market for our initial pilots.

We are two co-founders (with backgrounds in engineering, business, and strategy) looking for a third co-founder who complements our team.

**Working field**:

- Software Architecture/Product Development

**Requirements**:

- The following skills would be highly desirable (but not an absolute requirement that the person ticks all boxes):

- Desire to be a product owner and to build and launch software products from scratch.
- Familiarity with cloud computing infrastructure and architecture, and the ability to design and implement scalable systems.
- Strong coding skills in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Ruby, etc.)
- Some experience with database design and management, as well as API development and integration
- Ability to understand the business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate a team of developers, designers, and other stakeholders.
- Some experience or understanding of ML, NLP, or other AI-related technologies.
- Familiarity with front-end development frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.)
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, etc.)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy regulations and best practices
