**Aufgaben**: The automotive industry is currently facing several challenges: Besides technological changes and a strong focus on digitalization, customers are changing expectations and buying behaviours and new competitors are driving automotive sales. These factors are demanding an even stronger customer orientation across all sales channels (i.e. online, showroom etc.) as well as the adaption of our vehicle sales and MBM business models. Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG is not just the financial services provider for Mercedes-Benz Cars & Vans, we are much more than that. We are passionate about our products and people and we actively shape the future together with our colleagues on the industrial side. Our “VdZ/Online Direct Sales” department is responsible for the development, enhancement, coordination the design of our future Online & Direct Sales business model. We are also very ambitious in increasing our core business and loyalty of our finance and leasing customers, hence Online & Direct Sales (ODS) is essential part of the Mercedes-Benz Mobility’s company strategy. Your main tasks will be - You observe and assess relevant competition research activities and derive suitable measures - You create and build up formats for managing interactions and collaboration within our online community - You support in regular reporting activities for our markets and management - You support the team with special tasks and take over topic responsibility - You collect information and prepare high quality presentations, analyze overviews, etc. - Your working language will be English - You explore and live our MBM core values and meet high standards of operation in a compliant and efficient manner - In a nutshell: You will be empowered to fully bring in your expertise, creativity and digital skills to jointly achieve our ambitious targets on a global level **Qualifikationen**: Bachelor or Master degree in International Business & Economics or equivalent. - Ideally first automotive/captive experience, with an ability to develop internal relationships - First project management experience - The ability to balance competing priorities and complete tasks on time - Strong strategic planning and best-in-class delivery skills - Superior research and analytical skills - Excellent problem solving abilities, strong communication skills &attention to detail - The ability to work under pressure and proven negotiation skills with internal/external stakeholders - Readiness of mind, logical thinking, creativity and abstraction capability - Experience in an intercultural and international context (fluent business English is working language and required) - A great amount of empathy and putting yourself in the shoes of our customers - Profound knowledge with MS Microsoft products, Confluence, Jira - Strong team orientation Additional information: Please find the criteria of employment "here".
