Bei dieser Karriereoption handelt es sich um eine Schlüsselfunktion, die von enormer strategischer Bedeutung für den Transformationsprozess für unseren Mandanten ist. In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die divisionale Verantwortung für den Bereich Produktion an drei Standorten (ca. 200 Mitarbeiter) sowie die operative Verantwortung für das Werk mit ca. 50 Mitarbeiter:innen und berichten direkt an den COO der Division.

**Ihre Aufgaben als Global Head of Production/ Leitung für ein Werk in Personalunion (w/m/d)**
- Harmonisierung der Prozesse und Standards im Bereich Produktion sowie Optimierung der Strukturen
- Einführung und Aufbau von Performanceanalyse / Festlegung, Kontrolle und stetige Verbesserung der Kennzahlen
- Treiber einer Lean Offensive, u.a. Aufbau von Shop Floor Management, 5S oder SMED Projekte
- Als Standortleiter für das Werk (Raum Hannover) obliegen Ihnen zudem folgende Aufgaben:

- Verantwortung für die gesamte Prozesskette von der Auftragsannahme bis zur Auslieferung inklusive kontinuierliche Optimierung der Strukturen und Prozesse am Standort
- Mitverantwortung für die strategische Ausrichtung des Werkes
- Weiterentwicklung und Unterstützung der unterstellten Mitarbeiter

**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium
- Praxis in einer vergleichbaren Führungsposition mit dem Schwerpunkt Produktion / Operation, idealerweise in der Verantwortung für ein Werk, sowie in der Investitionsplanung, dem Beschaffungsprozess sowie der erfolgreichen Integration in den laufenden Betrieb
- Führungskompetenz einschließlich der Fähigkeit, Führungskräfte und Organisationen zu entwickeln und Erfahrung darin Change-Prozesse zu initiieren und zu stabilisieren und Strukturen im Produktionsbereich zu etablieren
- Fachliche Kompetenz in Leanmanagement und Fertigungsorganisation
