**Head of Product - Architecture & Governance**:
**Your tasks**:

- Take Charge: Establish and further develop the product architecture and governance at a growth-oriented, international Commercial and Speciality insurer
- Provide Direction: Lead the Product team, consisting of product architects, modelers, and experts; develop the team and its employees
- Leverage Networks: Develop and maintain the technical product development within the segment units; network with and train local developers and modelers
- Engage Stakeholders: Define and coordinate analyses, classification, evaluation, and implementation of business requirements with stakeholders from relevant departments and entities

**Your profile**:

- University degree in Economics, Computer Science, or comparable fields
- Alternatively: Completed vocational training as an insurance clerk or comparable fields and proven, multi-year leadership experience in a property and casualty insurer
- In-depth knowledge of lines of business within an industrial insurer as well as processes and procedures
- High motivation to assume responsibility in an agile context and actively drive the trabsformation of the buisness
- Implementation strength, perseverance, and assertiveness, as well as proven abilities for structured, goal-oriented management of complex stakeholder groups, with a strong understanding of intercultural management
- Strong communication skills, negotiation-proof English (C1), and negotiation-proof German knowledge (C2)
